Our top priority is making sure families get quick access to autism diagnosis and treatment, so no child has to wait months or even years for the care they need.

We're not here to replace existing community groups, but to unify them and the voices of families affected by the inability to access behavior health services, better understand their needs, and combine their voices into one powerful call for the statewide improvements our families deserve.

Access to autism diagnosis and treatment is a serious issue!

For years, healthcare providers in mental health have been working with insurance companies, Kentucky Medicaid, and lawmakers to raise awareness about the real challenges families face when trying to get help for diagnosing and treating behavioral health conditions in children.

Despite all this effort, large obstacles still exist. Families often face waitlists of 6, 12, or even 24 months for diagnoses, have to travel 3, 4, or 5 hours for appointments, and struggle to find local providers who can help their kids. These real problems happen daily in Kentucky—and it's time for change.

Healthcare companies use different ways to check if they have enough providers to meet their subscribers' needs. They often use outdated and inefficient methods to determine provider coverage, leading to inaccuracies and gaps in care. Sadly, these systems have flaws, and we have proof of this.

We need your help to push for changes in their policies and create solutions that truly help families. We want to hear your story and understand your experiences to show that their statistics are wrong and that this issue needs urgent attention.

Join us in raising our voices together to fight for the change that is so badly needed!
